First-Time Users:

Returning Users:

  • Apply extended time accommodations in eLearning for each student.
    • Contact ARC for questions about applying other testing accommodations.
  • Email students with “Yes” in the PAT column (step 3) that (a) testing accommodations have been arranged at the UTD Testing Center, and (b) instruct them to reserve a seat at utd.link/testreg at least 2 days before the exam. Access email addresses by clicking on the student’s name in AIM (step 4).
  • The ARC instructs students to schedule their exams in addition to RegisterBlast (RegisterBlast exam registration). This form generates an email to notify professors of requested testing accommodations.  Once you receive this email, please inform the student (if you haven’t already) that accommodated testing arrangements have been confirmed at the selected location.

Note: We encourage faculty to use the Testing Center at Synergy Park for all students who do not have “Yes” in the ARCT column in AIM (step 3). Alternatively, instructors may provide their own testing location (e.g. conference room, office) or allow remote testing with Honorlock.
