All disability-related information including documentation, accommodation letters, correspondence, and consultations are considered confidential and will be managed and secured electronically in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations and UT Dallas policies. Disability-related documentations are maintained separately from educational records and transcripts.
